Understand the terms and conditions before booking a room.
โถ Accept only cats aged 3 months and above.
โถ Cats must be kept indoors only (kept in the house, not allowed outside).
โถ Cats staying must have complete vaccinations (if there is no vaccination book, a vaccination certificate can be obtained from the veterinary hospital where the cat was vaccinated).
โถ Cats must be free of fleas, ticks, or any contagious diseases.
โถ Sick or injured cats will not be cared for.
โถ Trim the cat's nails before their stay.
โถ Cats with excessively aggressive behavior or in heat will not be accepted.
โถ If a cat shows signs of illness during their stay, the owner will be immediately informed and the cat will be taken to the nearest veterinary hospital for treatment, with the customer responsible for the treatment costs.
โถ Abandoned cats will result in legal action under the Animal Welfare Act.
โถ We do not take any responsibility if a cat dies, falls ill during their stay, or after their stay.
โถ Please arrive for drop-off/pick-up appointments on time, and make appointments in advance.
โ ๏ธ Please place the cat in a carrier or crate tightly without holding them when handing them over.
If you abandon a cat, we will pursue legal action under the Animal Welfare Act, B.E. 2557, Section 23,
which states that 'Pet owners must take care and not abandon animals.'

* No check-ins will be accepted between 11:01 PM and 10:00 AM under any circumstances! *
โซ Check-out time:
โถ Regular check-out is between 10:00 AM and 08:00 PM.
โถ Check-outs between 08:01 PM and up to 11:59 PM will incur an additional fee of 120 Baht.
* No check-outs will be accepted between 00:00 AM and 10:00 AM under any circumstances! *
** If you need to change the delivery/pick-up time, please inform us in advance. *
Cancellation Terms and refunds:
โ* Room reservations are considered complete only upon full payment.
โ ๏ธ Once a room is reserved, please make the payment within 2 days. Failure to do so will result in the reservation being considered canceled. โ ๏ธ
** If a cancellation is made more than 15 days prior to the check-in date, a full refund of the reservation fee will be provided.
*** If a cancellation is made 7 days before the check-in date, a 70% refund of the reservation fee will be provided.
*** If a cancellation is made 5 days before the check-in date, a 50% refund of the reservation fee will be provided.
*** If a cancellation is made 3 days before the check-in date, a 15% refund of the reservation fee will be provided.
*** Cancellations made less than 3 days before the check-in date (including early check-out) are not eligible for a refund.
๐ฐ Documents and items required for your cat's stay:
1) Copy of the owner's ID card or passport, with the phrase "For boarding with PURRISM only" marked.
2) Vaccination book for your cat, ensuring all vaccinations are up to date.
3) Sufficient amount of cat food for the duration of the stay.
4) Favorite toys and necessary personal items for your cat.
5) Please bring your own cat litter.

๐ฑ For new customers ๐ฆ โ๏ธ We would like to request additional testing for feline leukemia virus (FeLV) and feline immunodeficiency virus (FIV). The testing can be done at a veterinary hospital or clinic near your home. This includes antigen testing for FeLV and testing for antibodies against FIV using a Test Kit method. After receiving the test results, ๐ please write the name of your cat and the date/month/year, and send a photo via LINE ๐ธ for room reservation purposes. ๐ป For the safety of all the cats staying with us, we kindly request your cooperation. ๐๐ [ ] Feline leukemia virus (FeLV) [ ] Feline immunodeficiency virus (FIV) FeLV is classified as one of the viruses in this group that causes the highest mortality rates in cats.
If a cat falls ill during their stay, we will immediately inform the owner and transport the cat to a 24-hour animal hospital. The owner will be responsible for all expenses incurred during the treatment.

Abandoning or neglecting an animal without reasonable cause incurs a fine of up to 40,000 baht.
